So good. The banh mi is awesome. The place is packed at lunch but service is so fast. Everyone is so nice. The Cha Giò is fantastic as well. Would recommend!
Wow. Another excellent noodle soup & more restaurant. Of course, I always get the noodle soup. I got the fried tofu noodle soup in beef broth.
The broth was excellent & full of flavor. No need for any sauces.
The restaurant is big with lots of seating. Very clean! The customer service is quick and thorough. The food was so good!
Qe are in a road trip from Orlando,FL. Never had Vietnamese food before, because of YOU GUYS, WE ARE ON IT NOW!!! Great service, great food!!! Fyi PLATES ARE HUGE, but we ate it all!!! Congratz!!!💕
Lovely spot for Vietnamese coffee, Bahn Mis, and the crispiest egg rolls EVER. The food is consistently good, the restaurant is clean and organized, and I’ve never had bad service. Try it out—I’m telling you, I dream of these egg rolls.
This is legit Vietnamese food. The space is huge. Service was actually great for an Asian restaurant. The banh xeo is ginormous. The banh cuon, pho and bun bo hue were all very flavorful. We didn’t have a bad dish at all. All the portions are so large. We had a lot of leftover. The prices are very reasonable too. The food came out SO quickly. Plenty of parking available. I came back a week later and will be back again. My only complaint are the napkins. They are the worst napkins any restaurant can have. They’re so thin and small it takes about 5 napkins for 1 wipe.
The pho broth is very light, not heavy or very sweet. It has just the right touch of season. The egg roll have a different wrap compare to other restaurant I have been too. Not too crispy. The Fried rice is on point. Not dark but very light. Not sticky and it is the small rice. The lighting is kind of dim. But overall good price for the food
Hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant in Midtown. They've been around since the early 90s, originally in the building where the Rise Rooftop bar now stands. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu, really. My personal go to favorite is the Com Dau Hu Luc Lac dish (rice with wok seared tofu cubes). Other favorites include the beef version, banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe), pho, and banh mi. Service is fast. The staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Update 9/27/23 the prices have gone up and it may seem by a lot but to be fair it was priced too low before and with all that's going on they are just catching up. Still worth the price increase
Came here based off of my husband and his coworkers recommendations. Sadly, I didn't have the greatest experience with the staff or the food. We came in at 5:30 and they close at 6 so we were told our food would have to be to-go. We didn't mind so we ordered our food and waited. About ten minutes later the guy who took our order sets food down on the counter near us but was on the phone and walked away. We wanted to be sure it was our food so we did our best to try and flag him down to ask but he went to the back. We waited a little bit for when he came back to the front and then he confirmed it was our food. I ordered the spring rolls and chicken banh mi with a fried egg. The Bahn mi had lots of room for improvement, there was no flavor, not even the veggies had flavor. The egg was really fried hard and oily. The best part of my meal by far was the spring rolls. They were fresh, shrimp was perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed the basil inside.
